Gilson Daub celebrates a strong finish to 2016, closing 122 workers' compensation cases in December across California. This represents approximately 6% of the Gilson Daub law firm caseload. Dan Gilson credits this success by saying, “our dedicated team of attorneys and staff focus are doing everything in their power to proactively litigate for our clients”. Employers are excited to learn about Gilson Daub's focus on closure. “We continue to grow, as dedicated employers, insurers, brokers and TPAs hear about our goal of closing cases”, says Brent Daub.

The firm launched in January 2011, and has doubled in size five times over the first five years. Gilson Daub now has over 40 attorneys in 9 offices across California, handling workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, lien litigation and flat fee walk-through services. “Our attorneys and staff are motivated to proactively litigate”, says Gilson, “because that is the best way to close cases quickly.”

Gilson Daub looks forward to 2017, as more employers and carriers hear about the Gilson Daub way of moving cases quickly through the Workers' Compensation system. This gives employers the hope of lower premiums and employees the hope of more efficient case handling. “Closing 122 cases in December means 122 families with their bread-winners back to gainful employment”, says Gilson, ”and that is happy new year for everyone.”
